Stephen P. Johansen, D. D. S.

A Richmond native, Steve Johansen graduated from Bryan College in Dayton, Tennessee, and attended dental school at the Medical College of Virginia. Upon graduation in 1977, he completed a one year U.S. Army Dental Corps General Practice Residency at Fort Jackson, South Carolina, followed by six years of duty in Germany and West Point, New York.
Since joining the Perkinson group, Dr. Johansen has practiced general dentistry providing a range of dental services to include the treatment of anxious patients with both oral and intravenous sedation. Steve and his wife, Barbara, have three children and two grandchildren.  In his spare time, he enjoys fishing and golfing.
