Christopher R. Ward, D. D. S.

Dr. Ward is a graduate of The University of Virginia and of the Medical College of Virginia Dental School where he graduated magna cum laude. Upon graduation, Dr. Ward joined the United States Air Force where he completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) residency.

Dr. Ward has a passion for all aspects of dentistry and for treating the full spectrum of patients. He realizes that many people have apprehensions towards having dental work performed but appreciates and understands pharmacological techniques that are available to help these anxious people.

He is also a firm believer in starting children's dental visits at an early age to educate and instill good oral habits in these patients. Dr. Ward says, "There is no reason that people who have their teeth should not have them forever. People need to know that they do not have 'soft teeth' and that cavities and most periodontal conditions can be avoided."

Dr. Ward and his wife live in the Moseley area with their four children. In his spare time, he enjoys outdoor sports and spending time with his family.
