Dr. Neil Turnage, son of a Presbyterian minister, was born in Mississippi, attended Virginia Tech, and is a graduate of both the academic and dental schools of the Virginia Commonwealth University.
Dr. Turnage emphasizes the importance of oral vigilance, and he underscores the urgency to seek treatment promptly when dental problems arise. Neil coaches an adult soccer team and was Athletic Director at The Steward School prior to attending dental school. “Children patients need a little extra TLC, and I believe the special attention I give to them ensures they have a positive experience here,” Neil explains. Neil’s enthusiasm for his chosen vocation also extends to the many procedures available today that can correct cosmetic problem areas, and he encourages everyone to take advantage of the painless bonding systems and veneers that provide years of beautiful smiles.
