Dr. Colleen Nash was born and raised in Erie, Pennsylvania. She received a Masters Degree in Physical Therapy from Ithaca College in New York, where she met her husband Kevin. They moved to Richmond where she practiced physical therapy for two years before changing career paths and studying dentistry at Virginia Commonwealth University. Upon graduation from dental school, Colleen entered the Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency at VCU/MCV. This advanced training focused on esthetic restorative dentistry including crowns, bridges, root canal treatments, implant placements, and implant restorations. Colleen received training from Dr. W. Baxter Perkinson Jr. during her residency and joined our Mechanicsville practice following completion of the certificate program.
Colleen Nash resides in Mechanicsville with her husband and their children Ian and Lauren. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, going to the movies and being outdoors.
