Dr. Mark Bond was born and raised in Richmond, Virginia. After completing his undergraduate requirements from Virginia Tech, he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the Medical College of Virginia. To further his education, he obtained a Certificate of Advanced General Dentistry from the University of Maryland at Baltimore. This residency focused on Cosmetic and Restorative Dentistry, including placement of dental implants. Upon returning to Richmond in 1998, Dr. Bond joined Baxter Perkinson, Jr. D.D.S. & Associates at the Mechanicsville location.

Dr. Bond lives in Mechanicsville with his wife Katharine and their son Connor. In his spare time Dr. Bond enjoys golfing, boating, playing ice hockey, and most of all, spending time with his family.
