Dr. Jamey Crichton was born in Toronto, Canada, but has grown up and lived in Midlothian since age 4. He earned his B.S. degree in Biology from Wake Forest University. Prior to becoming a dentist, Jamey attended MCV School of Pharmacy where he received a B.S. in Pharmacy and became a licensed pharmacist. He then earned his Doctor of Dental Science degree from Medical College of Virginia at VCU and joined W. Baxter Perkinson, Jr., D.D.S., & Associates, Ltd. at the Harbour View Court location after graduation.

Jamey is married to a dentist, Catherine, who practices at our Huguenot location. They have two daughters, Stella and Lucy. Jamey enjoys spending time with his family, any type of exercise, and his new found love of snow skiing. Dr. Crichton views dentistry as a wonderful opportunity to develop long lasting relationships with his patients. Jamey loves all aspects of dentistry ranging from cosmetic dentistry to working with children and apprehensive patients.
